I just now read about the passing of Frank Große-Natrop. And I'm totally shocked.I meet him first in 1988 and remember his sence of humor, his relaxed view of "working in an big company". He gave me the chance to grew in my early working days and later on in Bad Kreuznach. I remember the days, with his laughing, and in Dreieich at a summer-event(where we talked nearly the whole night) and at a funny birthday-party at his place.He was so normal, relaxed and a very kind person in his position. I'm very thankful to meet him and for what he did for me and all others that days.So sad!My deepest condolance going to Marion and the whole family. Klaus

What a tremendous loss for everyone who loved Frank. His charisma, his presence, his vision brought a lot of energy to the people around him.
“Throwing the spear so far into the field that everyone thinks it will never work” was one of his principles. This gets people on board and you see that it can still work. Frank looked for challenges in life. He chose a route and you could go on that boat or get off. Frank has no lack of clarity. That needs a leader and Frank was a real leader with people and humanity first.
Always full of fighting spirit, until the last moments he kept sending messages saying “I'll keep fighting”. That's how we knew him, never give up!
Lots of strength to his family and loved ones, they will miss him so much.

My sincere condolences, Frank was the 0ne who brought me into Brocacef. He gave me the opportunity to develop wholesale together.
In those years we worked hard but always Frank took time to relax. When the tension was high he brought a can of Kolsch and together with the Management team we finished it .
It was great working with him and he passed away far too early.

Liebe Marion, Philip und Celina, ich hoffe dass eure Trauer bald zu liebevoller Erinnerung wird, mein herzlichstes Beileid.

I would like to issue my dear condolences to Marion and the family with this huge loss. I worked with Frank for a long time together in the Board of Brocacef and we had very pleasant and successful times. Frank always had lots of energy, ideas and drive which helped the company to become market leader. Frank was very much appreciated by the employees of Brocacef due to his openness and belief that ‘people make the difference’. I hoped that he would have got more time to enjoy his retirement. I wish all his loved ones a lot of strength in this very difficult period.

I am very saddened to hear that Frank has passed away at this young age. I worked with him at Brocacef in the early 2000's. To me he was an inspiring person, not only in the way he solved things but also the interest he took in the people behind the figures.
